Golf club fitting, answered

How does The Bag Builder work?

Tell us your skill level, budget, and what matters most to you: distance, forgiveness, feel, or value. The Bag Builder matches you to real, current-model golf clubs from a verified database of top brands and shows you where to buy each one. A full recommendation takes under a minute.

Is the golf club recommendation free?

Yes. Building a full bag or a single-club fitting is completely free. An optional Pro Fitting Report ($5 to $15) adds shaft-flex analysis, loft and lie specs, and personalized coaching notes.

Are the recommended clubs current 2026 models?

Yes. Every club, ball, and accessory comes from a hand-verified database of currently manufactured 2026-model-year equipment, so you never get discontinued or made-up products.

Can I get fitted for just one club, like a driver or putter?

Yes. Beyond a full-bag fitting, you can get a single-item fitting for a driver, iron set, wedges, fairway woods, a putter, golf balls, a bag, a glove, or a rangefinder.

How much does a full set of golf clubs cost?

A full bag of new clubs typically starts around $1,500. The Bag Builder scales its recommendations to your budget and prioritizes quality pre-owned options when your budget is lower, so you get the best set for what you want to spend.

Does The Bag Builder recommend used or pre-owned clubs?

Yes. Every recommendation shows both a new option and a pre-owned alternative, typically 40 to 70% less than new, with links to buy each.
